Evolution Dome appoints Cyber Event as official distributor in Romania to drive European expansion – Event Industry NewsEvent Industry News

Temporary inflatable structure specialist Evolution Dome has appointed Cyber Event as its official distributor in Romania in a major step toward expanding its footprint across Central, Eastern, and South-Eastern Europe.

While Cyber Event’s main hub is located in Romania, the partnership will extend far beyond national borders. Cyber Event will distribute and deploy Evolution Dome’s range of temporary structures across 16 additional territories, including Bulgaria, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Moldova, Germany, and Austria.

The collaboration originated when the Cyber Event team discovered Evolution Dome whilst seeking next-generation event installations at International Confex, earlier in 2026. Driven by a shared ambition to deliver premium interactive experiences, Cyber Event recognised the strategic alignment in values, innovation, and expertise.

Florin Tudorache, Operations Manager at Cyber Event, said, “At Cyber Event, two things define the way we work: complete solutions and fast implementation. Evolution Dome perfectly meets both criteria, and we are excited to build this partnership together on solid foundations and with ambitious goals.”

By integrating Evolution Dome’s versatile temporary structures into its portfolio, Cyber Event will be offering event organisers and venues a distinct competitive advantage: premium, full-service space solutions that can be installed virtually overnight. The structures will allow Cyber Event to operate as a true one-stop shop in the region, combining high-impact event spaces with immersive audience engagement technologies.

Romania will serve as the operational springboard for the regional rollout, leveraging Romania’s strong implementation capabilities, competitive costs, and skilled talent pool, positioning Cyber Event to deliver fast-turnaround, high-end temporary structure solutions across all target European markets.

Ash Austin, Managing Director of Evolution Dome, commented: “We are delighted to partner with Cyber Event as our official distributor in Romania and across Central and Eastern Europe. Florin and his team share our vision for high-quality, innovative event environments, and their strong local setup, paired with their extensive reach across 16 additional territories, makes them an ideal partner. This collaboration allows us to meet the growing demand across Europe, ensuring clients receive the same service and product excellence that Evolution Dome is known for in the UK and US.”
