Antonios Kouroutakis, who is an Associate Professor at IE University in Madrid, Spain has recently published a book with the above title. The book argues for constitutionalizing the principle of rotation in power, examines the implications of this principle in great detail, and has many interesting insights into the problems of self-entrenchment across many democratic systems and mechanisms for addressing that problem.
