9 spots to visit for Negroni Week in Abu Dhabi
“What’s your drink of choice? A negroni … sbagliato … with prosecco in it.”
Emma D’arcy’s iconic drink order will be playing in our minds on loop all week as we step into Negroni Week starting September 21.
In partnership with bitters brand Campari, the initiative brings bars and restaurants together to celebrate the classic Negroni cocktail while raising money for Slow Food and its mission to foster a sustainable and equitable food and beverage world.

Signature Negroni menu at Ilios Abu Dhabi
Ilios is celebrating Negroni Week from September 21 to 27 with three signature serves: the nutty Negroni di Saronno, rich Avellana and herbal Negroni Tramonto. Set by the pool, guests can pair their drinks with sharing bites including tuna nigiri, beef tartare, fried calamari and truffle fries.

A special Negroni flight-tasting at Novikov Abu Dhabi
Novikov Abu Dhabi is marking Negroni Week with five twists on the Italian classic, including its signature beetroot-infused Novikov Negroni, Sake Negroni and tableside Smoked Cigar Negroni. Guests can also try a three-cocktail flight, with each serve priced at Dhs35 or the flight at Dhs150.

A Negroni six ways at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi
Forget your usual order. For Negroni Week, The St. Regis Bar puts a creative spin on the Italian classic, from the bubbly Sbagliato and bourbon-led Boulevardier to unexpected serves featuring sweet potato, blue pea tea and coconut-infused rum. On September 25, award-winning mixologist Debjani Rudrashift joins the bar for a special evening of signature serves. Cocktails are Dhs50 each, or three for Dhs120.

Negronis, the Hakkasan way
Hakkasan Abu Dhabi is putting its own spin on the Italian classic this September. Expect a line-up of signature Negronis created in collaboration with Campari, Bulldog Gin and Jsotta Vermouth, bringing contemporary Hakkasan flair to one of the world’s most enduring cocktails. The One MICHELIN Star dining attraction also offers world-class Cantonese cuisine, so you’ll be in for a night to remember.

Go behind the bar with a cocktail masterclass at Al Hanah Bar, Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi
Al Hanah Bar is taking Negroni Week on a global detour, with five destination-inspired takes on the classic cocktail, drawing flavours and influences from Italy, Japan, Mexico, the Middle East and the Caribbean. The programme also includes guest bar takeovers, live entertainment, cocktail and cigar pairings, plus a one-of-a-kind industry masterclass on September 23 in Abu Dhabi.

Perlage and Rosewood Abu Dhabi are joining forces for one night only on September 24, bringing together their bar teams for four original takes on the Negroni. Expect Cherry and Moka Negronis from Rosewood, alongside Perlage’s Smoke & Silk and a V60 Zero Proof serve, with a resident DJ providing the soundtrack.

Negroni’s with a racing track twist
Stars N Bars is putting a Yas Marina spin on the classic Negroni for Negroni Week. The Pit Stop combines Bulldog Gin, roasted coconut-infused Campari and Martini Rosso, with cardamom and toasted coconut adding aromatic and warm notes. Find it at the waterfront bar throughout Negroni Week.

Four ways to do Negroni Week at Sorso
Sorso at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi is celebrating Negroni Week with four takes on the Italian classic, from the original Negroni to a sparkling Sbagliato, bourbon-led Boulevardier and the coffee-and-chocolate-infused Sorso After Dark.
