This weekend, Meliá Desert Palm is opening up its polo estate for complimentary yoga and sound healing sessions, giving you a reason to swap the usual Saturday plans for something a little slower. Your day starts with Vinyasa Flow at 8.30am, followed by sound healing at 10am. Sunday brings another Flow Yoga session at 9am, with sound healing at 10am. Treat yourself to afternoon tea

Sometimes, all you need to do is slow down with a mate and indulge in delicately crafted treats paired with tea or coffee. Hit the pause button at Paus

Sometimes, all you need is a space where you can breathe. And no, that doesn’t mean a yoga session, although this lovely gem in Jumeirah does offer that too. Paus also opens its doors to people who want to read, catch up on some work, play padel, or just enjoy a coffee at the cafe. But over the next few days, it’s offering up something a little more. The wellness space has teamed up with The Ordinary, offering guests a chance to enjoy free face yoga sessions, Pilates and even free coffee (between 8 and 11am). Celebrate Cheeseburger Day at Jun’s
