Good news! Dubai Parks and Resorts is reopening in October

Just in time for the cool outdoor season

If you’ve been missing out on your favourite rides and attractions at Dubai Parks and Resorts, we have some good news for you: The leisure and theme park destination in Dubai is reopening its doors next month.

The date for your calendars is October 7, 2026, with MOTIONGATE Dubai, Real Madrid World, LEGOLAND Dubai Resort and The World of Riverland all opening their doors to visitors.

And right on time, might we add. Come October, heading outdoors will be a lot more bearable, and it will only continue to get better from then on until the end of March.

Inside, thrillseekers will enjoy a number of rides and attractions, from high-speed rollercoasters and immersive movie worlds to football, family adventures, games and more. And of course, there’s plenty to keep your taste buds happy, too.

And there’s more good news

When it reopens, The World of Riverland will have something new to discover, with a new bowling experience and Lamborghini Automobili racing simulators joining the line-up.

Here’s what to expect at each of the attractions

MOTIONGATE Dubai: This Hollywood-inspired park features 29 rides and attractions inspired by DreamWorks Animation, Columbia Pictures and Lionsgate. There are family adventures and character encounters, perfect for the whole family.

Real Madrid World: This is the world’s only Real Madrid theme park with 40 experiences to try. There’s a coaster that will take you 460 feet above the park, train on a pitch, and even meet some huge football stars.

LEGOLAND Dubai Resort: Heading to Dubai Parks and Resorts with young children? This is the perfect theme park to start with. Spanning LEGOLAND Dubai Theme Park and LEGOLAND Water Park, you can try out 40 rides and attractions at the theme park, and enjoy 20 slides at the water park.

The World of Riverland: Here, you can experience a wide range of experiences, such as go-karting, archery, axe throwing, mini golf, arcade games and more. And of course, the space is dotted with restaurants, cafes and plenty of outdoor spaces to relax and hang out with your loved ones.
