- The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of BOOKS etc. Ltd, their close relatives, anyone otherwise connected with the organisation, and anyone involved in judging the competition.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter.
- Entries can be made via X (Twitter), Facebook or Instagram, as described above.
- Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
- The competition closes 3 days after the giveaway is announced. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and announced the following day.
- The prize is as stated in the giveaway social-media post. There is no cash alternative, and the prize is non-transferable.
- Prizes are subject to availability. BOOKS etc. Ltd reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equivalent value where necessary.
- The winner will be notified within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, BOOKS etc. Ltd reserves the right to select another winner.
