Myles Garrett Prepares New $23 Million L.A. Home for Halloween

Los Angeles Rams player Myles Garrett may be famous for his skills as a defensive end, but he’s also extremely talented in another field—passionately decorating his home for Halloween.

Garrett reportedly purchased a $23 million dollar home in the L.A. neighborhood of Hidden Hills recently, where his teammate Matthew Stafford also resides.

The move comes as the athlete, 30, was traded from the Cleveland Browns, offloading his Ohio home for $2.15 million within days of listing it.

Garrett, who has a reputation for going the extra mile for spooky season, has been sharing his lavish Halloween decor and costumes with fans on Instagram since 2021.

This year, Garrett seems to have an impressive piece of real estate to work with. The new property reportedly features a tiered backyard with a swimming pool, a sport court, and a separate guesthouse, so the festive opportunities are endless.

In the five years since he kicked off the tradition, Garrett has created a “QB Graveyard” as a nod to the professional quarterbacks he has sacked on the field in his career. The 2025 concept was a play on “Nightmare on Elm Street,” where he partnered with special effects artist Mike Castro and MadnessFX to conjure up a cinema-quality production.

Dressed as the iconic horror villain Freddy Krueger, Garrett is seen “hunting quarterbacks” in a video shared to social media where he tosses around dummies donning his opponents’ jerseys.

In an Oct. 5 interview with People magazine, Garrett opened up about his fright-inducing tradition and teased what’s in store this year.

“My neighborhood really adopted the Halloween culture, dressing up, trick-or-treating, doing different haunted houses,” shared the Arlington, TX, native, whose affinity for the holiday started when he was a child.

These days, his budget far surpasses what an average Halloween enthusiast might drop at Spirit Halloween in a given year. Identified by Forbes as one of the highest-paid athletes, Garrett has some impressive resources to pull from.

In 2024, he purchased a Cybertruck for his front-yard display for a “Terminator”-themed exhibit.

“We were doing the dystopian future where it’s kind of like Armageddon,” he told the magazine. “It kind of looks just futuristic, but it’s on brand for that sleek, metal angular look.”

When asked if the pricey vehicle—which starts at $74,000—was already something he had, Garrett replied, “No. That was for the bit. You got to commit to the bit, you know?”

An October 2023 post unveiled footage of Garrett’s home transformed to evoke the scary energy of his “childhood favorite” film, “Jeepers Creepers.” Additional concepts have included an homage to “Stranger Things” in 2022 and a grim reaper style in 2021.

Garrett’s 2026 plans for his new home in California have yet to be revealed, but he did hint at what fans can expect this year.

The athlete has partnered with Lowe’s to take his terrifying trimmings to the next level, creating an event called Myles Garrett’s Field of Fright at the Calabasas-based Night of the Jack experience.

A portion of the proceeds from the event, which Garrett will attend on Oct. 23, will benefit STEM education through the L.A. Rams Foundation.

Through the Lowe’s partnership, Garrett has selected a few of his favorite decorations, which are “perfectly on brand” for what he “picked for this year.”

The items include an animatronic grim reaper, an oversized lawn mummy, and a variety of faux tombstones.

“I love seeing kids growing up and finding these new passions and being able to walk around and go find people who are of their same age or older who also love Halloween,” he said.

It’s safe to assume that Garrett himself has found someone who shares his passion for all things creepy. The NFL star has been dating three-time Olympic medalist Chloe Kim since May 2025.

It was recently announced that the snowboarder will be joining the cast of “The Traitors,” the reality series in which participants engage in an intense psychological game of deceit.

Cast members spend the season in a magnificent—but spine-chilling—Scottish castle, and if Kim has spent any amount of time at Garrett’s place during his favorite holiday, she should be right at home among the show’s jump-scares and macabre decor.
