The bible tells us in the book of Psalms 25:14, that, The secret of the LORD is with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant. Think about that for a moment. Let us face it, it is those who you have relationship, Those you closeknit members you will bequest your property. It is same with our God. just like a man would reveal and tell things to a son who is close to him so, too, God will reveal himself more to those who are close to him. Man, may choose you because you are more handsome or more intelligent than the other, but God choose those who obeys and loves him. God says in the bible, ‘shall i hide what i want to do from Abraham”? It was the close relationship th Noah,had with God that prompted God to instructed him to build an Ark, as a refuge against the deluge that was coming. Read Genesis 6:7-8, And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them. But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD. Noah found Grace with God because he was close to God and not like the scorners in the Land. Are you like Noah ?or you are like the others who were too busy to do what God says, or too busy to have time to serve God. Let us go back to one of the quotation above, the word ‘fear’, as used in psalm 25 is a different kind of fear; here it means reverential fear, which leads to one to obey God see verse14, The secret of the LORD is with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant. Our love for God should prompts us to Obey all his commandments and instructions , depending on the power of the holy spirit to do this, for we are not using our might to obey, God has provied us an inner enabler,, that will enable us to do this if we are willing. Even if we happen to fall we must rise again and ask for more grace. Falling is not a sin, but never rising when you fall is. Proverbs 24:16, For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief.
You are conversant with the move of God: Due to the relationship Jesus had with his disciples, they were given the knowledge and insight into the mystery of the kingdom, but those to those outside the fold, it was told them in parables. see Matthew 13:9-11, Who hath ears to hear, let him hear. And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables? He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given. Her are some benefits but are by no means exhaustive.
You have the solution to national problems: King Dairus, in the old testament, was worried sick because he dreamt and he could not interpret or understand the dream neither was there anyone who could except Daniel. The lord revealed it to him due to a close relationship. Daniel 2:3-4 And the king said unto them, I have dreamed a dream, and my spirit was troubled to know the dream. Then spake the Chaldeans to the king in Syriack, O king, live for ever: tell thy servants the dream, and we will shew the interpretation. Daniel 5:17 Then Daniel answered and said before the king, Let thy gifts be to thyself, and give thy rewards to another; yet I will read the writing unto the king, and make known to him the interpretation.
God reveals some things to you: When God decided to cut off the family of priest Eli from the priesthood due to his childrens sinfulness it was the young lad, samuel that God told about his decision.1 Samuel 3:10-12 Yahweh came, and stood, and called as at other times, Samuel, Samuel. Then Samuel said, Speak; for your servant hears. Yahweh said to Samuel, Behold, I will do a thing in Israel, at which both the ears of everyone who hears it shall tingle. God may choose to reveal some ceetain things to you either in your family or others; you could even have premonition of certain things.

God has shown us the greatest love by sending his son to die for us. John 15:13 Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends., Do you love the lord in apprecation for what He has done for you?
