How to Use this Easter Scissor Skills Printable
This Easter scissor skills printable includes 12 different Easter egg designs, each with dotted lines to cut along.
The varied designs makes it easy to differentiate and allow kids to work at their own level. Some eggs have easy lines to cut alone, some lines are more tricky and some have multiple lines for an extra challenge.
The eggs print four to a page. For beginners, it helps to cut out each egg before you hand it over. This makes the egg easier to hold and means the dotted lines start right at the edge, making it much simpler for little hands to get started. Kids who are more confident with scissors might enjoy the extra challenge of cutting out their own eggs first before tackling the dotted lines.
The eggs come in a full colour version that is ready to print and go, and a black and white outline version that you can print on to coloured paper to save ink, or get the kids to colour in before cutting.
