My choice birds I’ve seen recently while out and about, and also one I could see from the house.
I was very surprised one morning to see this unusual visitor on the other side of the garden fence. It was quite hard to get a decent photo, he was on the move all the time.
Whereas this Black Headed Gull seemed quite happy to pose
I sotted this Cormorant on a walk round Lymm Dam, a public park and nature reserve in Cheshire.
The Canada Goose and Coot were spotted by the lake at Nantwich
