Honor launches a budget-friendly phone with 11000mAh battery, before Magic 9 debut

Ahead of the Magic 9 series debut, Honor has launched a new budget-friendly phone today with a 11000mAh battery, named X9e Pro. The company has introduced the device in Malaysia and will soon expand it to more regions with its ultimate specs.

Honor X9e Pro joins the company’s budget-friendly phone lineup with a mega 11000mAh battery. The device features a dynamic circular camera module on the back and is very similar to the X80 Pro Max.

X9e Pro comes in four beautiful color schemes: Royal Purple, Reddish Brown, Dawn Gold, and Midnight Black. It has a leather finish on the back for a comfortable grip.

The company hasn’t shared the official specs of the device yet. Although it has opened the X9e Pro smartphone for pre-orders in Malaysia, with a starting price of 1899 MYR for the 8GB + 256GB variant and 2399 MYR for the 512GB storage model.

Speaking of the specs, X9e Pro equips a 6.8-inch LTPS AMOLED screen with a 1.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and 10000-nits peak brightness for HDR video playback. The device has a Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 chip and an IP69K rating.

For the camera, the device houses a 108MP 1/1.67-inch primary shooter and a 5MP ultrawide-angle shooter. The front face has a 16MP selfie lens. It runs Android 16-based MagicOS 10.

Honor X9e Pro uses a silicon-carbon anode tech battery with 11000mAh capacity. It claims to offer over 164 hours of music playback, 35 hours of short video playback, and 66 hours of regular video playback. It supports 80W wired charging and 27W reverse wired charging.
