It’s almost October, which mean my neck of the woods is about to enter peak tourist season. Commuting home is already starting to be packed. Not looking forward to that as I continue to get bigger, but the only way out is through!

Get ready, everyone! It’s Fat Bear Week! My personal favorite is reigning champion Bear 32, also known as Chunk. He reminds me a lot of the bears from Country Bear Jamboree.

Nerds for Literacy is bringing books to kids at underfunded schools and libraries. They’ve already hit their goal of raising $200,000, but if they reach $250k, they’ll be able to build a library for a school in need.
