Dear Cosmic Community,

I’ve had a request from many in our global community to speak about the current bout of difficult energy that many who are SENSITIVES, HEALERS, EMPATHS, INTUITIVES and LIGHT WORKERS are experiencing.

Are you someone who feels everyone else’s pain, their ups and downs, as well as your own? Do you naturally tap into the powerful energy flow that others emit when they are sad, lonely, lost or depressed? Likewise, are your moods enhanced or deflated when someone with a deep need energetically attracts your desire to assist and help?

THE EMPATH’S DILEMMA
As humans with energy and physical bodies, fueled by soul, we are naturally empathic. This means that it is in our make-up and DNA to emit and receive vibration. Dependent upon our planetary influences, our past lives, our starry origins, our family heritage and our ability to raise our consciousness, each of us has attuned our psychic and feeling skills to varying degrees.

Often the dilemma for the sensitive and empathic one is that they feel ‘too much’ and are unable to decipher what is theirs and what is being picked up from and belongs to another. Can you relate? 

It’s important to first realise that it’s not just your energy you are picking up on through daily life. You can fine tune your awareness of others by making it a priority to know yourself better, your needs and desires. It’s vital for the Empath to cultivate a strong sense of self.
