So you have read all these articles but you are still frustrated that you cant hear your angels loud and clear? We at ask-angels take your development as a soul being seriously.
Here are a few steps to go through to simplify the process of connecting, receiving, and ‘getting’ the guidance.
When, as a professional I tune in (and Melanie agrees) it is all about intention and setting the mood. Although the angels do not Need you to be tuned in to bring you messages, it is a lot more beneficial for you to be pretty certain that you are receiving the information.
A Guardian Angels vibration is unique to you – no other person on the planet will share or ‘borrow’ your angel – their energy is yours and yours alone.
Sometimes it is easier to start a little further up the pay grade – so that the energy is more palatable and you can refer to others experiences as a relator to see how accurate it feels.
Here at ask-angels.com we teach you to start with Archangels and then go back to your Guardian Angel – they want you to be in no doubt that your relationship is real and unique, however if you are having issues in believing that you are doing Anything then a stronger energy that is more Universally recognizable is a great way to get going.
When I help people develop within the Angelic Clairvoyance Course, we start by defining your particular gift and give you special exercisers to practice those spiritual Psychic muscles – the stronger they get and the more you enjoy the process the stronger the connection becomes.
But since we are in ‘Summer School’ here and ‘Class is Out’ we are going to give you some clues.
An Archangel is a professional messenger – they were literally created to help mankind evolve and learn their soul lessons so they ‘go home’ with a card marked ‘A Star’.
So it would not make logical sense from Creators point of view for it to be difficult to connect with them. In fact the very obstacle most people face is how easy it is, they simply don’t realize when they demand or ask repeatedly an Archangel to help them – the angel IS responding.
A is for Ask – ASK one angel in particular to be with you – its spiritual law that when you ask an angel to be with you they Must be as soon as you start uttering their name.
I would recommend starting with Michael as his energy instantly protects you, soothes you and he IS the angel of Spiritual Development (also past life healing).
A simple affirmation such as ‘Archangel Michael, be with me and within me, strengthen your presence so I can feel you clearly and give me a physical sensation that I’m not dreaming this – thank you’.
This is the affirmation my students use and we do this after protecting our selves and letting the energy settle (simply going calm and setting the intention to connect).
B is for Believe – even if after this experience you’re still ‘not sure’, CHOOSING to believe is the way to strengthen your connection and allow them to flow more light through your crown and into your aura. When you realize that they want to connect, it’s often our fear or expectation of how it Should be or our mind that tells us ‘Nope your imagining it give it up’, that stops us short.
With my students I coach them ‘ for this hour we believe, for this hour we set aside all doubts all expectations to perform, its okay to get it wrong and its okay to feel like you want to laugh or cry or cough’. What ever you get is perfect for you
C – is for Clarity. Be clear about what you’re asking for before you connect – you may have umpteen areas in your life that you need answers for fast (and I would recommend a channelled reading to get guidance for these) but when you are trying to establish a connection with the angels it is best to begin with one. Keep it down to affirming they are with you and affirming your knowledge that you ARE in contact with these amazing beings – once you get proficient at getting your own guidance you can ask and get their guidance on anything at any time, even in the shower! But for now this is about being at peace, feeling expectant of connection and enjoying the experience.
I remind my students it is best to practice in every day ways – if we are waiting to have two hours to connect it will likely never happen, we live in a busy world. However you can talk to them all of the time and have them to be with you if you need their assistance – you will still get this – but the joy of knowing you are able to connect will mean when you Do ask for assistance quickly you will be able to Recognise the information as it comes through for you.
D – is for Delight – the angels energy is strong and fine like water. It is joyful and loving and should never make you feel afraid. It Can bring Old energy up so you may want to cry, (and that’s healing) you may want to laugh, you may only be able to ‘sit ‘ and tune in for a short time – even if you are going through a hard time and are Not feeling joyful, an angels energy may make you feel relaxed, soothed or sleepy. If you experience any thing else simply say ‘Archangel Michael remove any energy that is not from a source of purest light and protect me instantly thank you’ and ‘see’ a cloak of blue or purpose surround you.
Tuning in With Your Heart First
Having been on Psychic Development courses and not being a star pupil, I found my own way to the Angels. I had little family and no friends and ‘they’ were literally my family.
I would feel my heart soar with love and gratitude and hope and joy even when in the midst of the most troubling of times, help was and IS always at hand.
Protect your self first, ‘see’ a cloak of blue or purple and simply say ‘Archangel Michael protect me from negativity and keep me safe thank you’.
Love is the force that builds worlds. So many reports say of those that passed and returned have one common theme, a over riding sense of bliss and euphoria. I can confirm when I connected to an angels essence the beauty of it took my breath away. Love is the fabric and the make up of the Universe and everything in side it. Love is the way we connect with any energy whether it is angelic or a loved one or a guide.
Connect with your heart centre, I often describe this as the Airport Terminal or the Train station, they enter in through our crown and stand within our Aura. So to connect to the heart centre simply means becoming focused upon it, and ‘breathing gratitude’, letting go of any hing out side of this moment and feeling gratitude for them and compassion for YOU. Feeling open and ‘breathing’ gratitude for all you have and all you are going to be assisted with, and then send your intention UP through the ceiling.
See a column of white light and send your awareness up this column, you are likely to go through some grey or some black and you are not able to leave your body for you are incarnate. This means that it is your intention that is rising along with your vibration, but you can not physically leave your body until you go home and the cord is cut. There are NO exceptions to this rule. See your self in a white space and ‘breathe’ this white light in and completely and utterly trust. Smile and KNOW you are loved.
We repeat an invocation now, Michael is ALREADY with you if you have requested that he protect you but this states your intention clearly ‘Archangel Michael I ask that you make your presence felt that you connect with me on all levels and through all my senses and allow me to feel your love for me – thank you’.
Sit and bask. You may feel A) a tingle around your crown B) a shiver around your body or a cold spot C) a sudden urge to laugh or cry or smile D) start coughing or even losing ‘wind’ from your body (this happens and is simply energy coming through) or feeling very spacey and relaxed.
Sit and enjoy this feeling for a few minutes, don’t do too much too soon. Before you finish, ask Archangel Michael to show you signs that he is with you in the days to come.
Most importantly its time to close your crown. Literally ‘see’ a crown on your head and see your self twisting this shut three times.
Come back to your body with care and patience, wiggle your toes and fingers and open your eyes gradually. Ensure you eat and drink something, and don’t drive straight afterward.
The more and more that you do this the stronger you connection will become.
