Volume-maxxing is the art of embracing exaggerated silhouettes. Think puff sleeves, balloon trousers, bubble skirts.
And search demand reflects the exploding trend, with searches for ‘Puff sleeves aesthetic’ up 200% on Pinterest, and ‘puff sleeve peplum top’ up 121% on TikTok.
To balance the puff, fashionistas often pair the style with something slimline or minimalistic. If it’s puff shorts or trousers, it’s usually styled with a slim-fit vest or a tailored shirt, and if it’s a puff dress, it’s often accompanied by a mini bag and chic shades.
