- 1 tsp Granulated Sugar π§
- 1 package (2 ΒΌ tsp) Active Dry Yeast π
- 3 cups All-Purpose Flour πΎ
- 2 tbsp Dry Powdered Milk π₯
- 1 tsp Salt
- ΒΌ cup Olive Oil π«
Filling Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef π₯©
- 1 Onion, finely diced π§
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste π
- 1 tbsp Pepper Paste πΆοΈ
- 2 Tomatoes, finely diced, seeds removed π
- 1 tbsp Pomegranate Molasses
- Β½ tsp Salt π§
- ΒΌ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp 7 Spice πΏ
- Β½ cup Parsley, finely chopped π±

Dough
1οΈβ£ In a small bowl, combine Β½ cup warm water, 1 tsp sugar, and 1 package yeast. Mix and set aside for 10 minutes to let the yeast rise.
2οΈβ£ In a large bowl, mix 3 cups flour, 2 tbsp powdered milk, and 1 tsp salt.
3οΈβ£ Once yeast has risen, add the yeast mixture and ΒΌ cup olive oil to the flour.
4οΈβ£ Knead by hand or with a stand mixer for 5 minutes, gradually adding the remaining Β½ cup water. Dough should form a smooth ball; add flour if too sticky.
5οΈβ£ Grease a bowl, place the dough inside, cover with a towel, and let it rise in a warm, dark place for 1 hour or until doubled in size. βοΈ
Filling
6οΈβ£ While dough rises, mix all filling ingredients in a bowl and set aside. π₯©π π§
Assembly & Baking
7οΈβ£ Preheat oven to 450Β°F.
8οΈβ£ Divide dough into 10 equal portions. Roll each portion into ΒΌ” thick circles and prick lightly with a fork.
9οΈβ£ Divide filling into 10 equal portions and top each dough circle, leaving edges free like a mini pizza.
π Place on 2β3 cookie sheets and bake for 12β15 minutes until dough is fully cooked.
