Ingredients for Skillet Cornbread:
- flour
- cornmeal
- sugar
- baking powder
- salt
- butter
- eggs
- milk
- oil

How to Make Skillet Cornbread:
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Place 1-2 tbsp butter into skillet and place in oven.
When butter has melted, swirl around pan to coat the bottom and sides.
Combined dry ingredients.
Combine wet ingredients
Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix until just combined.
Pour batter into hot pan.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
Serve warm with butter, honey or jam.
