A series capturing impromptu car repairs by Los Angeles-based photographer Jason Travis. Travis is a director, designer, and musician. Drawing on his design background, he crafts vivid worlds defined by colourful and playful composition. “Bang-Up Job” is a look at the art of improvisation. From duct tape fixes to creative patch-ups, Travis’s shots capture the humour and resourcefulness required to keep cars running against the odds. Proof that sometimes, a little tape goes a long way.
