A joint team of Hyderabad Task Force units from Rajendranagar, Shamshabad and Golconda conducted raids on cosmetics shops and medical stores near Nampally Government Hospital, within the limits of Habeeb Nagar Police Station.
The operation was led by In-charge DCP K.S. Rao. According to preliminary reports, officials found cosmetics labelled “Made in Pakistan” being sold at some shops.
Authorities also reportedly found businesses operating without valid licences. Inspections are continuing at several establishments in the area.
Officials have not yet released details about any items seized, cases registered or further action taken. The inspections remain underway.
