Reha Yağcıoğlu successfully compiled Blender 5.3 Alpha natively on the NVIDIA DGX Spark with DLSS Denoiser enabled, specifically optimized for the Grace Blackwell architecture.
To document the entire build process and performance results, I created a dedicated English tutorial video (and launched a new channel for technical ARM/Linux builds):
Highlights:
- Step-by-step guide for native DGX Spark / Linux compilation with DLSS viewport denoising.
- Raspberry Pi 5 Teaser: At the end of the video, there is a surprise working demo of Blender 5.3 Alpha running on the Raspberry Pi 5, which will be the topic of my next in-depth tutorial.
In upcoming episodes I will explore native builds and benchmarks across various other ARM64 systems (Jetson Orin Nano Super, Dragon Q6A, etc.).
I believe this will be of great interest to the Blender community, especially with the recent focus on Linux ARM developments.
