Rajasthan Weather Today: Monsoon Withdrawal Near Udaipur, Heat Likely to Increase in Western Areas

Monsoon withdrawal in Rajasthan has come to its last phase. As per the Meteorological Department, monsoon withdrawal line is now near Udaipur, and soon after a couple of days, it will withdraw from the rest of the state.

As monsoon starts weakening, there has been an end to the rainy period as well. For the coming seven days, weather in the state will stay dry for the most part of the state. No warning has been issued by the Meteorological Department for any district on October 1st. But there can be light rain in some areas in eastern Rajasthan.

Light to moderate rains were witnessed in isolated places in Jaipur, Tonk, Udaipur, and Bikaner districts. Still, the weather was clear for the rest of the state. Phalodi registered the highest temperature of 38 degrees Celsius.

With the departure of the monsoon, the difference between day and night temperatures is increasing. The day will feel hot due to the bright sunshine, while a gradual drop in night temperatures may lead to a slight chill in the morning and evening.
