Grosset produce Australia’s leading riesling from their Polish Hill vineyard in the Clare Valley. This wine is from the 2025 vintage and is a very fine wine indeed. It has refined aromas of lime, lemon and stones. The palate however is where the wine demonstrates its calibre. It has flavours reminding of stones and minerals, balanced by a delectable, pinpoint acidity and a dry finish. The acidity is particularly elegant. The quality is unquestionably high. This wine can be approached now, or cellared for a further 10 to 20 years, comfortably. Review Rating: Very Good to Outstanding (★★★★☆, 95 points). Website: Grosset Wines. Tasted: September 2026.
