Qualifying groups can receive a 5% actualized guest room rebate, a complimentary room for every 40 booked, complimentary meeting space Wi Fi and a one-hour reception or coffee break. Groups can also receive a complimentary group wellbeing experience or amenity, based on availability, as well as up to 20% off audiovisual rental equipment, with exclusions applying.
The program also includes 125,000 matching World of Hyatt Bonus Points, with an opportunity for qualifying groups booking during July through September 2027 to earn even more. Groups with 500 to 1,000 room nights can earn 250,000 matching World of Hyatt Bonus Points, while groups with 1,000 or more room nights can earn 500,000 matching points.
Third party meeting planners can take advantage of the “Hot Deals for Hot Dates” 2027 Third Party Exclusive Closing Incentives, which include many of the same benefits, along with a 12% increased guest room commission over qualifying need dates and a 3% actualized guest room rebate for the client. Qualifying Q3 2027 groups can also earn up to 500,000 matching World of Hyatt Bonus Points based on room nights.
Planning Ahead for 2028 and 2029
Groups looking further ahead can take advantage of the hotel’s “Hot Deals for Hot Dates” 2028 to 2029 Q3 Limited Time Booking Offer for new contracted groups taking place during July through September 2028 and 2029.
The incentive provides larger programs with an opportunity to earn significant World of Hyatt Bonus Points at signing. Groups booking 500 to 1,000 room nights can earn 250,000 signing bonus points, while groups with 1,000 or more room nights can earn 500,000 points. Additional benefits include a 3% actualized guest room rebate, a complimentary room for every 40 booked, a complimentary one-hour reception or coffee break and complimentary 5 Mbps meeting space Wi Fi.
