The TLP is a one-year accelerated “finishing” school for high-potential managers, senior managers, newer partners, and operations leaders of accounting and consulting firms. The TLP is typically offered twice a year and begins by transforming individual mindset and behavior to build personal responsibility, followed by strategies that equip participants to lead their firms into the future.
