I am very happy with the latest addition to ambientblog.net: the WebPlayer.
With this player, you can play all Ambientblog mixes (currently 90), or all DreamScenes editions (143 now) – for as long as you want. That’s 230+ hours of immersive ambient music to enjoy!
Usually the latest editions gets the most attentions, while the older ones are quicky forgotten. But older mixes and shows can still sound as fresh as if they were new – and often may carry their own hidden musical surprises. In my opinion, most (if not all) still deserve to be heard – simply because immersive ambient itself has its timeless quality.
With these players, you can listen to a single file by clicking on its link, ór you can listen to multiple files sequentially or in random order. While playing, a timestamped tracklist is available to see what track is playing.
If Chromecast is available on your network, you can also cast the output to your preferred output device.
The WebPlayer can be found in the Ambientblog top menu, but here‘s a shortcut.
I hope you’ll enjoy this webplayer as much as I do myself!
