team360 is an incredible group of people who live and breathe peer-to-peer fundraising events right alongside us. Without this team, we couldn’t produce the 100+ events on our roster each year. Last month we introduced you to another team360 member, Shannon. Our latest spotlight highlights Noah Jewell, a team360 veteran!
How did you find out about team360? I was recruited by Event 360 leadership who asked if I would be interested in working events for them. I accepted and never looked back!
What sparked your interest in signing up? I have always had a strong passion for working events, especially for nonprofit organizations. I was intrigued and liked that Event 360 was dedicated and involved in the communities where the events are held. Being a part of team360 was important to me because Event 360 focuses on events for a good cause and purpose.
How many events have you worked with team360? Over the last three years, I have worked close to 45 events for a variety of clients, and I’ve held numerous roles as part of team360.
What are your favorite things about working on team360? What I enjoy most working on team360 is learning from the very best. Every team member’s attention to detail goes above and beyond to make each event successful.
What would you say to someone who is interested in learning more about joining but hesitant? I recommend being part of team360 to my colleagues and to those interested in working events for a purpose. Event 360 is committed to supporting nonprofits in meeting and exceeding their goals for fundraising events. They are professional with a fun and team-oriented vibe that I am happy to be a part of.
Three words to describe team360? Accepting. Driven. Goal-oriented.
Have you learned any new skills? My Tetris skills have greatly improved since working with Event 360. I am now at an advanced level of truck organization and packing.
Favorite team360 memory? My fondest memory would have to be working on the 2023 Susan G. Komen San Diego 3-Day.
What three things do you always carry with you on event? I have four things that I always carry with me on event: a c-wrench, extra zip ties, a multi-tool and gloves!
