In this month’s interview, Vivien speaks for her friend and colleague, Ted Dimon, a pivotal figure in her life. Ted and Vivien met at The Constructive Teaching Center in 1983, when they both went there to complete their training in the F.M. Alexander Technique training. Since those days, so long ago, Ted has expanded the amount of literature in the field, by writing 8 books. His most recent book, Sensorimotor Awareness: A Kinesthetic Guide to the Body in Action, is now available and is the main topic of this show.
