ANA has opened its doors in Abu Dhabi, bringing a fresh take on contemporary Emirati dining to Dalma Mall. The new restaurant blends modern interiors with traditional hospitality, serving up reimagined local favourites from breakfast through to dinner, with signature dishes such as mubahar chicken with saffron rice and slow-cooked lamb machbous on the menu.
