It will be your primary residence.<\/li>\n<li>Your employer or company is based in Florida.<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019re working for a minimum of 35 hours per week.<\/li>\n<li>If self-employed, you need to register your company through Sunbiz.org or provide your most recent 1099 form.<\/li>\n<li>Your income must be within the program\u2019s maximum income limits.
