It’s been a long time since I last shared a recipe here. These days I’m busier guiding my boy who is in the Gifted education programme (GEP) on top of doing my endless household chores.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Here’s sharing a really simple brownie recipe which I’ve baked last Friday for my boy’s 11th birthday. A gluten-free and fuss free recipe as no mixer is required at all!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n\u7f16\u5199\u548c\u7ffb\u8bd1\u98df\u8c31\u9700\u8981\u8bb8\u591a\u65f6\u95f4\u548c\u7cbe\u529b\u7684\uff0c\u8bf7\u4e0d\u8981\u590d\u5236\u6216\u5c06\u5b83\u4f5c\u4e3a\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u98df\u8c31\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u60f3\u5206\u4eab\u90e8\u843d\u683c\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u98df\u8c31\uff0c\u8bf7\u5f52\u529f\u4e8e\u535a\u4e3b\u5e76\u63d0\u4f9b\u5728\u8fd9\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u94fe\u63a5\uff0c\u8c22\u8c22\u3002”<\/span><\/i><\/i><\/div>\n

Ingredients \u98df\u6750:<\/b><\/span>
180g Valrhona Manjari 64% Couverture chocolate\u00a0\u6cd5\u8299\u5a1c\u5de7\u514b\u529b<\/span>
85g Lurpak unsalted butter \u5976\u6cb9<\/span>
85g Organic Masarang Arenga Forest Sugar\u00a0<\/span>\u6709\u673a\u5370\u5c3c\u6930\u7cd6<\/span>
1 tsp Organic Queen Vanilla bean paste \u6709\u673a\u9999\u8349\u7cca<\/span>
3 x 60g eggs \u9e21\u86cb<\/span>
15g Rumford Non-GMO corn starch\u00a0\u7389\u7c73\u6dc0\u7c89<\/span>
30g Valrhona cocoa powder\u00a0<\/span>\u6cd5\u8299\u5a1c\u53ef\u53ef\u7c89<\/span>
1\/8 tsp sea salt \u6d77\u76d0<\/span>
Milk biscuits for surface decor (optional) \u997c\u5e72\uff08\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e0d\u52a0\uff09<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Methods \u505a\u6cd5: <\/span><\/b><\/span>
1. Melt chocolate, butter & sugar in microwave using lowest power for about 2 mins. Mix well till smooth.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n1. \u5de7\u514b\u529b\uff0c\u5976\u6cb9\u548c\u7cd6\u653e\u5165\u5fae\u6ce2\u7089\u878d\u5316\uff0c\u6405\u62cc\u5747\u5300\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Add in vanilla paste.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n3. Stir in one egg at a time. Mix well together.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n3. \u4e00\u6b21\u62cc\u5165\u4e00\u7c92\u9e21\u86cb\uff0c\u6df7\u5408\u5747\u5300\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\n4. Add in salt, sifted corn starch & cocoa powder. Mix till well combined.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n4.\u00a0\u52a0\u5165\u76d0\u548c\u8fc7\u7b5b\u7684\u7389\u7c73\u6dc0\u7c89\u548c\u53ef\u53ef\u7c89\uff0c\u6df7\u5408\u5747\u5300\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Pour batter into a lined 7\u201dsquare baking pan.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n6. Decorate surface <\/span>with biscuits (optional).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n7. B<\/span>ake in a preheated oven at 160\u00b0C top and bottom heat for 18~20 mins or until the top of brownies is just set.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
