In 2023, Pilatus handed over 148 aircraft to customers.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Swiss company\u2019s sales totaled CHF1.633 billion ($1.8 billion) last year, an increase from CHF1.478 ($1.6 billion) in 2023.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>New aircraft orders in 2024 were valued at CHF2.193 billion ($2.4 billion), compared to CHF1.513 billion ($1.6 billion) during the previous year.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Despite the positive results, Pilatus said it was \u201cagain confronted with supplier-related delivery delays and quality problems, which impaired production processes\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In its results Pilatus highlighted a new contract with Royal Canadian Air Force for 19 PC-21s in 2024, and the launch of its PC-24 Super Versatile Jet \u2013 dubbed the \u2018World\u2019s Greatest Single\u2019.\u00a0<\/p>\n<aside class=\"article-leaderboard bn-1\"\/>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">With unmatched performance and built for Single Pilot Operations, the PC-12 NGX proves that flying solo can be an exciting adventure!<\/p>\n<p>So here\u2019s to loving your independence and soaring solo! \ud83d\udeeb\u2764\ufe0f<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/pc12?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"\">#pc12<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/TheWorldsGreatestSingle?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"\">#TheWorldsGreatestSingle<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/cGCP45XiOa\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"\">pic.twitter.com\/cGCP45XiOa<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Pilatus Aircraft Ltd (@PilatusAircraft) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/PilatusAircraft\/status\/1890393262688502213?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"\">February 14, 2025<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The company also announced that its PC-12 had become the most flown business aircraft in the US over a one-year period.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Markus Bucher, CEO of Pilatus, said: \u201cInnovation, quality and precision are the driving forces behind our actions: Pilatus continues to grow, with over 3,000 full-time employees worldwide for the first time ever. Employees from 63 nations now contribute to the company\u2019s success. Never before have so many apprentices been taken on as permanent employees.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bucher added: \u201cImproved terms of employment, and a study which ranks Pilatus as the ninth best employer among 800 companies across Switzerland, underline our attractiveness.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<aside class=\"article-leaderboard bn-2\"\/>\n<p>Overall, Pilatus described 2024 as a \u201cvery good financial year\u201d that was \u201cmarked by highlights as well as challenges\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDespite the challenges, we achieved important milestones in 2024, with yet more portfolio development.
