Going Global: Mauricio Umansky Joins Panel on Capturing International Market Share<\/b><\/h3>\n

On Wednesday, <\/span>Mauricio Umansky<\/span><\/a> joined a panel on the topic <\/span>\u201cGoing Global: What International Expansion Means For Brokerages,\u201d <\/span><\/i>moderated by Inman reporter Jim Dalrymple II.<\/span> \u00a0<\/span>

<\/span>Having overseen The Agency\u2019s expansion to more than 130 offices worldwide, Umansky is uniquely positioned to discuss international growth strategies for brokerages. On Thursday, Inman Connect New York attendees were treated to a lively debate between two of the industry\u2019s most central figures: <\/span>Mauricio Umansky<\/span><\/a>,\u00a0 and James Dwiggins, CEO of NextHome. The pair took center stage to debate the future of NAR\u2019s Clear Cooperation Policy (or CCP), which has faced fierce opposition from big brokerages.<\/span> The panelists had a passionate debate, with Umansky advocating for the freedom of client choice, saying that in effect, CCP stifles competition.
