This lawsuit seeks accountability for the university\u2019s actions that contributed to the preventable, long-term harm suffered by the Plaintiff.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis lawsuit is about justice, accountability, and ensuring that no other students, faculty, or families have to endure the pain and suffering caused by institutional failures,\u201d said Nora Hanna, attorney for the Plaintiff. \u201cThe university had a duty to protect its community, and it failed.
