It produces components for engines, aluminum and titanium structures, fasteners, and other aircraft components.<\/p>\n<p>On the Feb 13, annual earnings call, Howmet Executive Chairman and CEO John Plant remarked that he expects that Howmet will be well positioned to deal with the effects of the tariffs instituted by President Donald Trump, due to the strong contracts it has.
