Survey teams from the NWS in Birmingham have confirmed that an EF1 tornado touched down in Hale County along Highway 10. It moved a short distance into Perry County before lifting. conduct a storm survey in Hale and Perry counties in Alabama. We
can confirm EF-1 tornado damage along County Road 10 in Hale
County where manufactured homes were severely damaged and one
destroyed around 1:50 AM CST last night. The tornado continued a
short distance into Perry County before lifting. These details are
preliminary and continue to be reviewed.<\/p>\n
in Sumter County, also related to the severe thunderstorms that
moved through the area on February 16 2025.<\/p>\n
