I\u2019ve been a member of Lifestyles Unlimited for a decade now. I became a member in the spring of 2010. My career was in the airline industry, so nothing having to do with real estate investing. But, I jumped in with both feet as a member, got my education, and started investing. Soon, a position opened up on the Member Services team and I was accepted for the role. There, I served Lifestyles Unlimited members for six years.\u00a0\u00a0

It wasn\u2019t until a little later on that I had the honor of serving as a Lifestyles Unlimited Mentor. Meanwhile, I\u2019d already achieved financial freedom for myself through my real estate investing.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

You might think that managing my own properties, I had enough on my plate. And people say, \u201cwell, how can you do all of this?\u201d If you\u2019re doing it right, it\u2019s easy. Plus, there is a real calling to be a Lifestyles Unlimited Mentor. It\u2019s kind of like when you\u2019re serving in a volunteer capacity. You\u2019re helping other people, but you get what you give back two fold.<\/p>\n

And that\u2019s really what all of this is about. It\u2019s about the abundance mentality. It\u2019s about giving and receiving positive encouragement to accomplish more. We don\u2019t believe there is less for everyone if we work together. We believe there is more.<\/p>\n

I think maybe that\u2019s why we tend to gravitate toward each other so strongly in the Lifestyles Unlimited community, because there is that positive encouragement. We\u2019re genuinely happy when someone else is successful, and that\u2019s what mentoring is all about.\u00a0<\/p>\n

But, it\u2019s also about providing the specific tools needed to guide you towards the success you\u2019ve envisioned. That\u2019s why we get to know you one on one. Everybody\u2019s got different desires and resources for what they want their life to be. So, we pool those resources to make what we call a real estate investment \u201csnowball.\u201d Our goal is for your real estate investments to compound in growth over the next 1 to 5 years so that you attain financial freedom much faster than your counterparts and are able to enjoy life now.\u00a0<\/p>\n

But, let me give you some examples of the scenarios I run into with the members I help.<\/p>\n

Many younger people think that maybe they can\u2019t get started. But, that\u2019s the best time to get started \u2013 when you are young. Let me give you some context. The most common theme that we hear from everybody in their 40s, 50s, and 60s is this: \u201cI wish I\u2019d done this sooner.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

So, start when you\u2019re younger, even if you have limited resources, and you can absolutely get that snowball rolling! It all starts with that first property. It might take a little bit of time to get going at first, but it will definitely change your life.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Another scenario worth pointing out are my meetings with members in their 50s and 60s. This group typically has substantial holdings in stocks, bonds, 401(k)s, IRAs, etc. So, they can go a lot faster. But they have a totally different outlook for what they want at this stage in their lives.<\/p>\n

No matter the case, we tell you what order to put your action steps in so your real estate investing process makes sense. Then, together, we meet your financial goals chunk by chunk as we add passive streams of income to your life.\u00a0<\/p>\n

And here is the amazing thing, the pandemic hasn\u2019t slowed any of that down.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

We\u2019re still rolling along just the same as ever.<\/p>\n

Now, I do think that in the next few weeks there are unfortunately going to be some foreclosures. There may be some vacant\u00a0 properties out there. But, I believe there will be a switch from a seller\u2019s market to a buyer\u2019s market.<\/p>\n

That means opportunity. That means you have to be prepared. Hopefully, you didn\u2019t have all your money in the stock market.\u00a0 But the fact is, if there are vacant houses out there that need to be bought back up, then we\u2019ll be the ones to lock in and do it.<\/p>\n

So, say you\u2019re one of the individuals to sit down with me and get your first single family investment. Here\u2019s how it works:<\/p>\n

First, we sit down and have that initial conversation, following your orientation class. Then, it\u2019s all about helping you make the right acquisition. That can be very scary, but the wonderful thing is that we\u2019ve done this for ourselves successfully many times following the same investor map you are, so we know if a potential investment fits what you are trying to accomplish. Then, we continue holding your hand the rest of the way.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Finally, once you have enough passive income to meet or exceed your monthly expenses, everything you do afterwards is your gravy money for a better home, better vacations, or whatever lifestyle you want to choose.<\/p>\n

It truly is an unlimited lifestyle.\n<\/p>\n
