A great investor would be someone who would have these qualities as mentioned below.<\/p>\n

(Using he in describing..No points for guessing she is as or maybe more capable of being a great investor as she(mostly) has more patience than men)<\/p>\n

  1. He would unemotional about money. Rational and some people might call them cold too.<\/li>\n
  2. He would be a contrarian in his approach. The Rudyard Kipling poem \u201cif \u201cwould resonate with Him.<\/li>\n
  3. He would be a constant learner and enhancing his knowledge and wisdom. Knowledge is the easy part, its wisdom that counts in financial markets.<\/li>\n
  4. He would be ok with not doing anything and knows the power of inertia. <\/li>\n
  5. He would have a loads of patience and when it is time to act he would show required gumption. <\/li>\n
  6. He would learn from wise men like Stoics,Confucius, chanakaya and many more. He would be a philosopher in slight regard.<\/li>\n
  7. He would be a loner and in his own world.<\/li>\n
  8. He would not like to diversify his portfolio. <\/li>\n
  9. He would dislike leverage and knows the return it can bring. <\/li>\n
  10. He would be a avid reader. Some might call him a nerd or a bookworm.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
