Baptist Street Rec. Club is making its arrival known, located above Island Radio in Wunderlich Lane, Redfern, with its classic meets modern vibe. The Rec Club is a tribute to 80s and 90s Australian culture, blending local pub warmth with late-night energy.<\/p>\n

Behind the bar, Dan Cramsie (ex-Clam Bar, Pepito\u2019s) and House Made Hospitality\u2019s Jason Williams have crafted a cocktail menu that reworks classics with an effortless twist.<\/p>\n

The Japanese Slipper is reinvented with native finger lime and yuzucello, while the White Russian gets an upgrade with burnt butter vodka and maple cream. The Breakfast Martini leans into nostalgia with spiced pineapple marmalade and a toast garnish, while monthly specials keep things fresh, with drinks like the savoury-sweet Beetroot Negroni or a tangy Earl Grey Fizz. For Cramsie and Williams, it\u2019s all about balance and creativity without being overcomplicated.<\/p>\n

Bangkok Dreaming delivers a take on Thai-inspired bar snacks including crab betel leaves, spring rolls, and the classic money bags to bring a mix of crunch and spice, perfect for sharing and pairing with a cocktail.<\/p>\n

The beer selection is a collection of local brews, a house-made Reccy Lager, and a few unexpected gems. The wine list, curated by Ahmad Fahda, focuses on small-batch producers, with p\u00e9t-nats, chilled reds, and bold whites.<\/p>\n
