Crystal chakra healing is a powerful way that you can work with your crystals. It\u2019s really easy and has lots of benefits.<\/p>\n

The Science behind Crystal Chakra Healing<\/h2>\n

We\u2019re going to talk about the seven main chakras. Although we have more chakras than the seven main ones, these are the most well-known. The seven main chakras are the major portals or energy hubs on our body and include the:<\/p>\n

  1. Root<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Sacral<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Solar Plexus<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Heart<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. Throat<\/strong><\/li>\n
  6. Third Eye<\/strong><\/li>\n
  7. Crown\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Distance chakra healing is a component of my Crystal Practitioner Course.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    Each chakra has a corresponding color associated with it. Starting at the Root chakra straight up to the Crown chakra, the colors are really easy to memorize because they follow the color of the rainbow, which always follows the same order:<\/p>\n

    • Orange<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Yellow<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Green<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Blue<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Indigo<\/strong><\/li>\n
