I&#8217;ve made the case that traditional methods of finding new customers are either obsolete (lists, catalog co-ops) or are either becoming less effective or more costly (Paid Search, Paid Social). This means we likely need to participate in the ecosystem our customers\/prospects reside in.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial;\">I&#8217;ve made the case that &#8220;campaigns&#8221; are increasingly outdated, being replaced by &#8220;events&#8221; that seed our customer\/prospect ecosystems with content and interest that brings customers to our owned properties.
