Advanced air mobility developer Archer Aviation announced on February 11, 2025, that it has closed an additional U$301.75 million funding round from a number of private and institutional investors, including renowned investment firm BlackRock.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

These new investors will receive 35,500,000 shares of Archer\u2019s Class A common stock at a price of $8.50 per share. This pricing, which is slightly lower than the closing price of the stock at the time of the announcement, is based on a weighted average of Archer\u2019s stock price in the last few months.\u00a0<\/p>\n

With the new round, Archer strengthens its cash position, which is already north of US$1 billion, at a time when some other eVTOL developers are facing a liquidity crunch.\u00a0<\/p>\n
