Beyond this, bartenders will have to showcase many elements of a single ingredient and demonstrate sustainability-mindedness.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Storytelling (20%)<\/strong>: Craft acompelling narrative that connects your cocktail to the competition\u2019s theme. Behind every great Margaritais an evocative story. Participating bartenders should submit compelling narratives that complement their concoctions, offering insight into the inspiration behind each.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Presentation (10%): <\/strong>Create a visually stunning drink that captures attention at first glance. Every cocktail tasting experience starts with the eye. Bartenders should craft visually striking drinks and ensure their submitted photographs accurately represent the uniqueness and personality of their creation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Key Dates\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Competition Submissions Close: Friday, February 28, 2025<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The competition is open to professional bartenders across Australia.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Australian National Final: <\/strong><strong>Monday, April 7, 2025<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Venue: Wentworth Bar\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Address: 61-101 Phillip Street, Sydney <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Australian finals will take place with eight talented mixologists competing for the national title. The Australian Finalist will win $1000 and there are great prizes for the 2 runners up. The winner of the Australian finals will embark on an unforgettable journey to Angers, France. For three days, they will immerse themselves in the art of mixology, engage in exciting challenges, and compete against the best from around the world.
