The declaration identifies the project as part of the proposed Industrial Corridor.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.telanganatribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/10f3917f-0005-4585-b410-bb25517c1eae.png\" class=\"size-full wp-image-218185\" width=\"1000\" height=\"483\" alt=\"Land Acquisition Declared for Industrial Park in Chevella\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Under the declaration, land measuring <strong>1,248 acres and 22 guntas<\/strong> is required for a public purpose: establishing the industrial park through <strong>Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (TGIIC Ltd)<\/strong>. The document also gives the total extent as approximately <strong>505.28 hectares<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The declaration was issued by the <strong>Office of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Chevella Division<\/strong>, under <strong>Form VII<\/strong>, Section 19(1) of Act 30\/2013 and sub-rule (1) of Rule 25.
