While it maintains the 0.3% Total THC limit for hemp, it adds a new restriction: <\/span><strong style=\"font-weight:700\"><span>a maximum of 0.4 milligrams of Total THC per container.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-breakout=\"normal\">\n<p class=\"jTQCo bZs8p _6nv9R HR9l3\" dir=\"auto\" data-ricos-paragraph=\"hnedv13403\" id=\"viewer-hnedv13403\" tabindex=\"-1\"><span class=\"JShga\"><strong style=\"font-weight:700\"><span>The Math of Nature:<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0A single gram of high-quality, compliant CBD flower typically contains about 2mg to 3mg of Total THC. Under this new rule, a single pre-roll or a 3.5g bag would technically become a federally prohibited substance, despite being non-intoxicating and under the 0.3% threshold.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-breakout=\"normal\">\n<p class=\"jTQCo bZs8p _6nv9R HR9l3\" dir=\"auto\" data-ricos-paragraph=\"gfplv24379\" id=\"viewer-gfplv24379\" tabindex=\"-1\"><span class=\"JShga\"><strong style=\"font-weight:700\"><span>2. The Threat to &#8220;612 Strains&#8221; &amp; Local Growers<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-breakout=\"normal\">\n<p class=\"jTQCo bZs8p _6nv9R HR9l3\" dir=\"auto\" data-ricos-paragraph=\"4dtjg13408\" id=\"viewer-4dtjg13408\" tabindex=\"-1\"><span class=\"JShga\"><span>This isn&#8217;t just about what\u2019s on our shelves; it\u2019s about the <\/span><strong style=\"font-weight:700\"><span>Sovereignty<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0of our local farmers. This rule would effectively ban the sale of hemp flower in its natural form across the United States. For a brand like <\/span><strong style=\"font-weight:700\"><span>Simply Crafted<\/span><\/strong><span>, rooted in the heritage of <\/span><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.612strains.com\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"qwZnH jsoFq\" data-hook=\"web-link\"><strong style=\"font-weight:700\"><u style=\"text-decoration:underline\"><span>612 Strains<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/a><span>, this is an attack on the craft we have spent years perfecting. The &#8220;Klobuchar Delay&#8221;: A Path Forward<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-breakout=\"normal\">\n<p class=\"jTQCo bZs8p _6nv9R HR9l3\" dir=\"auto\" data-ricos-paragraph=\"wzu8m13418\" id=\"viewer-wzu8m13418\" tabindex=\"-1\"><span class=\"JShga\"><span>There is a bipartisan solution on the table. The <\/span><strong style=\"font-weight:700\"><span>Cannabinoid Safety and Regulation Act<\/span><\/strong><span>, supported by Minnesota\u2019s own <\/span><strong style=\"font-weight:700\"><span>Senator Amy Klobuchar<\/span><\/strong><span>, seeks to delay these changes until <\/span><strong style=\"font-weight:700\"><span>November 2028<\/span><\/strong><span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-breakout=\"normal\">\n<p class=\"jTQCo bZs8p _6nv9R HR9l3\" dir=\"auto\" data-ricos-paragraph=\"p12kf13426\" id=\"viewer-p12kf13426\" tabindex=\"-1\"><span class=\"JShga\"><span>This delay is a mechanical necessity. It allows the USDA and FDA time to create a permanent regulatory framework that protects consumers without bankrupting the thousands of small businesses and farmers that make up the Minnesota hemp ecosystem.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-breakout=\"normal\">\n<p class=\"jTQCo bZs8p _6nv9R HR9l3\" dir=\"auto\" data-ricos-paragraph=\"1qeex24594\" id=\"viewer-1qeex24594\" tabindex=\"-1\"><span class=\"JShga\"><strong style=\"font-weight:700\"><span>4. The Minnesota Safe Harbor<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-breakout=\"normal\">\n<p class=\"jTQCo bZs8p _6nv9R HR9l3\" dir=\"auto\" data-ricos-paragraph=\"27lpg13430\" id=\"viewer-27lpg13430\" tabindex=\"-1\"><span class=\"JShga\"><span>As we prepare to open <\/span><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/marvinsgardenmpls.com\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"qwZnH jsoFq\" data-hook=\"web-link\"><strong style=\"font-weight:700\"><u style=\"text-decoration:underline\"><span>Marvin\u2019s Garden<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/a><span>\u00a0in Northeast Minneapolis, we are working closely with the <\/span><strong style=\"font-weight:700\"><span>Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management (OCM)<\/span><\/strong><span>. We are advocating for the OCM to maintain &#8220;Safe Harbor&#8221; status for state-licensed businesses, ensuring that our community continues to have access to tested, safe, and compliant flower regardless of federal gridlock.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-breakout=\"normal\">\n<p class=\"jTQCo bZs8p _6nv9R HR9l3\" dir=\"auto\" data-ricos-paragraph=\"h9s1424660\" id=\"viewer-h9s1424660\" tabindex=\"-1\"><span class=\"JShga\"><strong style=\"font-weight:700\"><span>5.
