{"id":7076295,"date":"2026-10-05T01:07:18","date_gmt":"2026-10-05T01:07:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fivemor.com\/?p=7076295"},"modified":"2026-10-05T01:07:18","modified_gmt":"2026-10-05T01:07:18","slug":"agentic-ai-for-insurance-agencies-beyond-the-crm-chat-window-insuredmine-crm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fivemor.com\/?p=7076295","title":{"rendered":"Agentic AI for Insurance Agencies: Beyond the CRM Chat Window &#8211; InsuredMine CRM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p id=\"ember129\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">So ask four questions of your system:<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember130\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Is it recording what your people did \u2014 or determining where they should focus?<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember131\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Does it find revenue hidden in your existing book?<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember132\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Can it execute the next best action, not just suggest it?<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember133\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">And does it get smarter because of the outcome?<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember134\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">If the answer is no four times, you don\u2019t have an AI strategy.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember135\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><strong>You have a database with a chat window.<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr class=\"reader-divider-block__horizontal-rule\"\/>\n<p id=\"ember136\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">This is also why agencies should stop settling for slow innovation.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember137\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">AI has dramatically reduced the cost and time required to build software.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember138\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">So when your technology vendor says:<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember139\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">\u201cIt\u2019s on our roadmap.\u201d<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember140\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">\u201cWe\u2019re thinking about that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember141\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">\u201cThat\u2019s coming next year.\u201d<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember142\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Ask a harder question:<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember143\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><strong>Why?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember144\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">You are already paying them.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember145\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Push them. Demand more.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember146\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">And if they aren\u2019t sure what to build next\u2026<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember147\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><strong>Send them our feature list. \ud83d\ude42<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember148\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Seriously.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember149\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Copy us.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember150\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Build it.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember151\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Take it to your customers.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember152\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">I would much rather compete in a market where everyone is innovating aggressively than watch agencies accept outdated technology simply because switching is inconvenient.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember153\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><strong>Your switching cost should never become your vendor\u2019s innovation moat.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember154\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">That is bad for the agency.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember155\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">And ultimately bad for the industry.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"reader-divider-block__horizontal-rule\"\/>\n<p id=\"ember156\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">At InsuredMine, we don\u2019t believe the destination is a CRM with a few AI buttons attached to it.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember157\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">We are building toward a continuous intelligence loop:<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember158\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><strong>PREDICT<\/strong> what requires attention \u2193 <strong>UNDERSTAND<\/strong> the complete customer context \u2193 <strong>ASSIST<\/strong> with the right response \u2193 <strong>ACT<\/strong> through communication, workflow or voice \u2193 <strong>MEASURE<\/strong> what happened \u2193 <strong>LEARN<\/strong> \u2193 <strong>PREDICT BETTER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"ember159\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">That feedback loop is far more interesting to me than any chatbot.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember160\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Because a chatbot gives you an answer.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember161\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><strong>A learning system improves the business.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So ask four questions of your system: Is it recording what your people did \u2014 or determining where they should focus?
