And of course tasting his fine wines.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>2024 Langhe Nebbiolo<\/b><\/div>\n<div>A elegant, handsome nose with notes of red cherries, Langhe earth and rosehips.<\/div>\n<div>The taste is silky and fresh with notes of hard cherry candy, bakelite and dried flowers.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><b>89p<\/b>&nbsp; &nbsp;(tasted 2026\/09)<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>2020 Barolo<\/b><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>A deep, refined nose with notes of dried cherries, stale Coca-Cola, paint and asphalt. Very fine.<\/div>\n<div>The taste is pure and racy with gorgeous fruit, silky tannins and a minute long dry finish. 6+ years.<\/div>\n<div><b>94p<\/b>&nbsp; &nbsp;(tasted 2026\/09)<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div><b>2021 Barolo<\/b><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>The -21 displays a tight, restrained nose with notes of dry licoroce, coffee powder and asphalt.<\/div>\n<div>The taste is stern and steady with lots of black fruit, taut tannins and a long, long finish. 10+ years.<\/div>\n<div><b>93p<\/b>&nbsp; &nbsp;(tasted 2026\/09)<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div><b>2022 Barolo<\/b><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>An open, warm nose with notes of ripe cherries, Finnish licorice and fine tobacco.
