{"id":7075689,"date":"2026-10-04T13:38:18","date_gmt":"2026-10-04T13:38:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fivemor.com\/?p=7075689"},"modified":"2026-10-04T13:38:18","modified_gmt":"2026-10-04T13:38:18","slug":"no-water-supply-for-36-hours-across-some-areas-of-hyderabad-from-october-5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fivemor.com\/?p=7075689","title":{"rendered":"No Water Supply For 36 hours Across Some Areas Of Hyderabad From October 5"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Several parts of <strong>Hyderabad<\/strong> will face drinking water disruption for <strong>36 hours<\/strong>, from <strong>6am on October 5 to 6pm on October 6<\/strong>, while the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) carries out repair work on a major water pipeline.<\/p>\n<p>The maintenance work will take place on the <strong>2,375-mm MS pumping main between Nasarlapally and Godakondla<\/strong>, which is part of the <strong>KDWSP Phase-II<\/strong> scheme. HMWSSB will replace damaged MS air tees and valves and repair a leak in the scour pipeline.<\/p>\n<p>During the repairs, water supply may be <strong>fully or partly disrupted<\/strong> in the affected areas. Some localities may receive water at low pressure during the maintenance period.<\/p>\n<p>Areas listed for disruption include <strong>Adibatla, Kammaguda, Gurramguda, BN Reddy Nagar, Vanasthalipuram, Autonagar, Alkapuri, Beerappagadda, Habsiguda, Ramanthapur, Venkat Reddy Nagar, Uppal, Nacharam, HMT Nagar, Tarnaka<\/strong> and <strong>Boudhanagar<\/strong>. Supply may also be affected in parts of <strong>Lalapet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Other affected localities include <strong>Hasmathpet, Prakashnagar, Mekalamandi, Bholakpur<\/strong> (part), <strong>Padmaraonagar, Begumpet, South Central Railway, MES, Secunderabad Cantonment, Lalaguda, Addagutta, Picketgadda, Nallagutta, Gauthamnagar, Ferozguda, Bansilalpet, Ramgopalpet, Sitaphalmandi<\/strong> and <strong>Mettuguda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The disruption may also affect <strong>Vaishalinagar, Meerpet, Badangpet, ARCI, Balapur, Maisaram, Barkas, NPA, Shamshabad, Madhuban<\/strong> and part of <strong>Prashasan Nagar<\/strong>.
