| Prepaid Voucher (Paysafecard)

| Not supported for withdrawals

| Only usable for deposits.

Keep in mind that the “instant” label for e‑wallets applies when your account is fully verified and you’re not hitting any withdrawal limits. Otherwise the system defaults to the standard processing window.

Step‑by‑Step Withdrawal Process

Knowing the exact steps eliminates a lot of guesswork. Follow this straightforward flow to move your winnings from the 1Win casino balance to your wallet.

- Log in to your 1Win account and navigate to the “Cashier” section.

- Select “Withdraw” and choose your preferred payment method from the dropdown.

- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw, making sure it complies with any minimum or maximum limits.

- Confirm the transaction by entering the two‑factor authentication code (if you have 2FA enabled).

- Submit the request – you’ll receive an on‑screen confirmation and an email receipt.

If any step triggers an error, the built‑in help chat or email support can point you to the exact issue, whether it’s a mismatched account number or a pending bonus that needs to be cleared.

Verification (KYC) – When It Holds Up Your Cash

The “Know Your Customer” (KYC) process is a legal requirement for licensed operators like 1Win. It usually involves uploading a photo ID, proof of address, and sometimes a selfie. Once submitted, the verification team reviews the documents within 24‑48 hours.

Skipping verification or delaying it is the single biggest reason for prolonged withdrawal times. Even if you’re only cashing out a small win, the system may flag the request if your account status is “unverified”. A quick upload of clear, legible documents will keep your money flowing.

Many players wonder if using the 1Win mobile app slows down payouts. In practice, the backend processing is identical – the request originates from the same server regardless of device. However, the app sometimes offers a smoother verification workflow, allowing you to snap photos of your ID directly from your phone.

On the other hand, the desktop version gives you a larger view of the transaction history, which can be handy when you need to reference past withdrawals. Choose the platform that feels most comfortable for you; the withdrawal speed will stay the same as long as the same payment method is selected.

Customer Support – Getting Help When Withdrawals Lag

If a withdrawal seems stuck, the first line of defense is the live chat. 1Win’s support agents are available 24/7 and can give you a real‑time status update. When you initiate a chat, keep your withdrawal reference number handy – it speeds up the lookup.

For more complex issues, such as disputed transaction amounts, you can email the support team. Include screenshots of your withdrawal request and any related email confirmations. Most complaints are resolved within a couple of business days, but the response time can stretch during high‑traffic periods like major sporting events.

|
