If you purchased an iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, or any iPhone 16 model (iPhone 16, 16e, 16 Pro, 16 Pro Max) between June 10, 2024 and March 29, 2025, you can now file a claim at the <a href=\"https:\/\/smartphoneaisettlement.com\" target=\"_blank\">official settlement website<\/a>.   This <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theverge.com\/tech\/998191\/apple-siri-ai-iphone-16-class-action-lawsuit-settlement\" target=\"_blank\">Verge article<\/a> has more details.   <\/p>\n<p>Expected payout out is a minimum of $25, up to $95.  My standard advice is that if you are affected, submit a claim immediately and then forget about it.
