A contentious battle between millionaire homeowners and their even richer billionaire<\/a> neighbors involving an oversized mansion and allegedly disobedient dogs<\/a> may finally be over.<\/p>\n After nearly two years of bitter litigation, a Summit County<\/a> judge dismissed two lawsuits related to a proposed construction project by Matthew Prince<\/strong>, the billionaire founder and CEO of cybersecurity firm Cloudflare, paving the way for him and his wife, Tatiana,<\/strong> to build their dream 11,000-square-foot mansion.<\/p>\n The friction began in 2022, when Prince first proposed building a sprawling estate in Park City\u2019s<\/a> historic Old Town, modeled after historic area mining camps. In early 2024, the Park City Planning Commission narrowly approved the build. A group of 10 neighbors\u2014including Eric Hermann<\/strong> and his wife, Susan Fredston-Hermann<\/strong>\u2014quickly appealed the decision, but lost.<\/p>\n
